The answer to this depends on how much your company is willing or able to provide. There are basically 4 components required to provide tracking: hardware, software, hosting, and a network provider. Are you just interested in reselling the hardware and software or do you want to develope and support part or all of the process?

To do it all yourself will require a lot of money, equipment, time, and additional staff. It sounds like you already know what hardware you want to use. If you are going to support this yourself, you will need to set up servers for your back-end, but there is a lot involved with this process. If you don't have the knowledge to do this, you will most likely need to hire a programmer to set this up for you. However, there are companies that will host this service for you, including the mapping. I would recommend that you contact FalcomUSA.com and they may be able to assist you with the work or even offer you some hosting options.
